Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for processing orders is 21 business days. However, if you need your items sooner, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional fee.

 

Start of Turnaround Time: The turnaround time begins on the next business day following your order placement.

 

Shipping Time: Please be aware that shipping times are separate from the turnaround time. They commence on the day your order is shipped after the completion of our turnaround time. If you require expedited shipping, we offer a rush order service for an extra charge. We kindly request that you contact us in advance to confirm availability for your desired delivery date.

 

Order Combination: To ensure a smooth shipping process, we advise against placing an order for both ready-to-ship items and products with a turnaround time. If you do so, your entire order will be shipped once all items are ready. We do not split shipments for a single order.
